    Photography 101: Street

    Yesterday in Photography 101, we were asked to post an image of what home is to us. Today, our assignment is to focus on a street which can be from our neighborhood or in someplace new. I took this photo in in Ximending, Taipei using a point and shoot camera, and while it looks so amateur, I love how it gives me a feel of the Ximending vibe. One of the tips given for street photography was to capture a wide view instead of a close-up view of what I’m seeing. I hope this photo photo follows that. What do you think?

    Blogging 101: My Blog’s Title and Tagline

    For our second assignment in Blogging 101, we were asked to revisit our blog’s title and tagline. Prior to my social media integration that I talked about in an earlier post, the title of this blog was “I Love. Therefore, I Cook.” It was something that I came up with when this blog was just all about my cooking adventures. And then my interests expanded and the title didn’t fit the contents of my blog anymore.     Photography 101: Home

    Aside from joining Blogging 101, I also joined Photography 101 at the Blogging University and for our first assignment, we were asked to show a photo of what home means to us. I chose a photo of the house which we are currently constructing and which will be the home of my own family once fully built.
