I knew that my weekend won’t be devoted to cooking 🙁 I had to finish a project for my management class. But I don’t want to let the weekend go by without cooking at least one easy dish. And the easiest I could think of last Saturday was soft tacos. I call this dish Filipino-style Soft Beef Tacos. It’s not authentically Mexican (sorry Mexican food fans) but the elements are there.
